String Student for a Day

REGISTER HERE for the  Friday, October 11th, 2024 String Student for a Day. This annual fall event is designed for high school junior and senior string players considering a music major in college, including those who play violin, viola, cello and double bass. Voice Student for a Day

REGISTER HERE. This event takes place on Monday, October 14th and is open to sopranos, altos, tenors, and basses. The day is designed for high school junior and senior prospective music majors and prospective graduate and transfer students. Registration for the spring session will be announced here soon. Registration is limited.

Composition Student for a Day

Check this page later this year for the event date and registration. Attend if you are a high school junior or senior considering music composition as your college major. Guests will attend a theory class, meet composition professors and students during Composers’ Colloquium, eat lunch in Todd Dining Hall as our guests, meet with the applied professor for their area (as possible; instrument/voice) and observe a large-ensemble rehearsal.
