ECPF: Piano Workshop / Masterclass

ECPF is expanding! In addition to the Young Artist Program, we are excited to offer a piano masterclass and jazz/blues workshop for interested students and teachers. These events are free and open to the public by registration. The sessions will be fun and informative; all participating students, teachers and observers will receive complimentary tickets to ECPF concerts.

Piano Masterclass with Dr. Sam Gingher

Tuesday, June 25th from 4:00-5:40pm (A.J. Fletcher Music Building)

• Join us for a masterclass offered by Dr. Sam Gingher, featuring pre-college students from Greenville and surrounding areas.
• The masterclass will conclude with a brief pre-concert talk for Daria Rabotkina’s guest artist recital, which follows in the evening at 7:30pm.

Jazz Piano and Blues Keyboard Essentials

Thursday, June 27th at 4:00-5:00pm (Rm. A269, A.J. Fletcher Music Building)

• Dr. Sam Gingher will lead a workshop on developing jazz and blues keyboard skills, with practical exercises, free resources and strategies for practice and growth at all levels.
